Support channel guide

Contact QvVPN Support

For account, subscription, connection, billing, or refund issues, submit a ticket from the user panel. Your message and follow-up replies stay on the same page, making it easy to add details and check the status.

Choose a contact channel

Each channel serves a different purpose. Use the information shown on this page and in the user panel as the current reference; progress depends on issue verification and ticket status.

User panel tickets

Best for: Account access, subscription status, client imports, international route connections, billing, payments, and refund questions.

Expected response: No fixed response time is promised. After submission, check the status in the user panel; if more information is needed, reply in the original ticket.

Information checklist before submitting a ticket

Complete information helps identify whether an issue involves your account, client, local network, or selected route. Avoid submitting the same issue repeatedly in different tickets.

Account and subscription issues

State the subscription status and plan name shown in the user panel, along with the steps that led to the issue. QvVPN registration does not require an email address; a username and password are enough, and no additional email address is needed when submitting a ticket.

Connection and route issues

Specify your platform, the message shown in the client, the selected country or region, and whether the issue occurs only on a particular international route. QvVPN supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux; platform details affect troubleshooting.

Billing and refund issues

Check the order status and payment method in the user panel before submitting. QvVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT, and offers refunds without cause within 7 days. Refund requests should be submitted through a ticket so the complete handling record is preserved.
